デザインコンセプト
この外観デザインは、シンプルな形、素材のコントラスト、落ち着いた佇まいを重視した「ジャパンディモダン」のデザインを採用しています。
白い外壁に木目と黒のアクセントを組み合わせることで、バランスの取れた現代的なファサードをつくり出しています。大きな庇や木製フェンス、奥まった開口部は、日差しの調整やプライバシーの確保、そして屋内外のつながりを考慮してデザインされています。
植栽や質感のある仕上げが建物の硬い印象をやわらげ、上質で温かみのある住まいを演出しています。
The exterior design adopts a modern Japandi architectural approach, emphasizing simple massing, material contrast, and a calm visual expression.
Clean white volumes are combined with natural wood elements and black steel accents to create a balanced and contemporary façade. Deep overhangs, wooden screens, and recessed openings are designed to control sunlight, enhance privacy, and strengthen the indoor–outdoor connection.
Landscape elements and textured finishes soften the architecture, resulting in a warm yet refined residential presence.
