デザインコンセプト

この空間は、廊下とくつろぎスペース、さらに喫煙用テラスをつなぐ、現代的な『モダン・コリドーラウンジ』です。

解放感と空間のつながりを意識したデザインで、大きなガラスの開口部から自然光を取り込み、屋内外の空間が視覚的に一体となるように設計しています。1階から伸びる中央のシンボルツリーは、空間に自然の気配をもたらす縦の要素として機能しています。

シンプルなラインと柔らかな素材、落ち着いた色調が調和し、心地よい寛ぎの時間と会話の場を演出します。

This space is a modern corridor lounge that connects the hallway with a cozy seating area and an open-air terrace for smoking.

The design emphasizes transparency and connectivity—large glass panels allow natural light to flood the interior, visually linking the indoor and outdoor spaces. A central tree spans both floors, serving as a natural vertical element that anchors the architecture.

Clean lines, soft materials, and muted tones create a calm, elegant atmosphere, ideal for relaxation and conversation.
